Can overthinking about health that i have pain in my stomach or any part of my body will make me always feel i am sick and in pain always??
Can over analysing about my health will affect my health more..??
Because i over analyse even a small pain in my body i start to Google the symtoms and get worried...
And is thats why me suffering from ibs??

A simple example will help you to understand your condition:
