Please don’t take so many Ayurveda supplements. It may hamper your digestive Fire further. Having so many heavy to digest, AYURVEDA medicines is not at all a good opinion at all.

"You are already taking multiple herbs together. Adding Musli Pak or Kaunch Beej on your own is not advisable, especially with high uric acid, bloating, gas and Pitta issues. Shilajit (any brand) should also be used cautiously when uric acid is 8 mg/dL. ED and PE improve better when digestion and uric acid are corrected first. Please consult me so I can assess your dosha imbalance and guide the right medicines safely."
