"You are already taking multiple herbs together. Adding Musli Pak or Kaunch Beej on your own is not advisable, especially with high uric acid, bloating, gas and Pitta issues. Shilajit (any brand) should also be used cautiously when uric acid is 8 mg/dL. ED and PE improve better when digestion and uric acid are corrected first. Please consult me so I can assess your dosha imbalance and guide the right medicines safely."
