Hi Your ECG showing sinus bradycardia HR around 50bpm Most of the times with your age and if you are a athletic person (doing regular aerobic exercises) this bradycardia is absolutely normal If you have any symptoms related to heart like chest pain or abnormal heart beat, consult a physician
