Hello, my mother has been detected with dengue but her fever has vanished away. We conducted 2 times. 1st time her platelet count was 120 and fever was 103 but in 2nd test her platelet count has reduced to 75 and fever has almost vanished. Should I continue the Dolo medicene and keep her diet as per dengue or pls advice ? Thanks
