Plantar foot thickening in middle
I have plantar foot thickening in right above the middle of foot for many years pain severely sometimes but not always. Some physician said it was corn foot some other said corn will be only on pressure points so it's not corn it will be skin thickening

You don't have any signs of neuropathy. If u find any of these signs, kindly see a doctor. Do hot water fermentation for 15 min twice a day for ur feet if there is nor swelling...If any inflammation do icing for 10 min. Do Plantar Fascia stretchings twice daily. Use good customised shoes. Do ankle strengthening exercises.
