Pain and evident swelling lasts for long (even days) and hampers in daily activities
With ongoing h/o acl sprain and grade 2 meniscus tear recovery
Heavy strain on lower limbs causes prolonged pain and overall body stiffness present
Pain is too bad, unable to stand or move
Radiating pain towards ankle and little towards calf and knees
X-rays are normal
