Have H/o Plantar Fasciitis past 1-2years which isn't fully treated yet On-off relapse of pain especially when barefoot, less cushioned footwear and have long standing activities Pain and evident swelling lasts for long (even days) and hampers in daily activities With ongoing h/o acl sprain and grade 2 meniscus tear recovery Heavy strain on lower limbs causes prolonged pain and overall body stiffness present Pain is too bad, unable to stand or move Radiating pain towards ankle and little towards calf and knees X-rays are normal Clinical Pictures attached Need help on what to do next
