Pits on bottom of foot of toddler

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My son had a itch at one point of foot and developed a blister. Foot got swollen. Pedia gave antibiotic + cetrizine + mupirocin ointment. After 5 days of course, the blister is dried and swell reduced. But still he has slight swell/skin tenderness. Also developed pits on bottom of foot..may you pl suggest me on this.
