Hi there ... This is definitely an "intertrigo" Can be fungal or admixed with bacteria 🦠 and needs to be treated aggressively with a topical paint (to avoid the area getting wet 💦) & oral antifungals+/- antibiotics as per the situation. More pics and details of any co morbidities will need to be furnished and if this is itching, take an antihistamine and get in touch using this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation 🙏
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products, home remedies, self medication and Dr Google suggestions 🙏 Use open footwear; all footwear 👟 need to be treated and ☀️ is a good antifungal.

From the photo and symptoms, this appears consistent with fungal infection between the toes (tinea pedis / athlete’s foot). It commonly causes peeling skin, itching, and whitish macerated skin between the toes, especially when the area stays moist. If the infection has been present for several months, the current cream may not be sufficient or may need adjustment. Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Dry the space between toes properly after bathing. • Avoid tight or closed footwear for long hours. • Change socks daily and keep footwear dry. • Avoid scratching the area as it can spread infection. Since the infection has been persistent for 3 months, you may consult me online for proper evaluation and treatment
