Pimples over face,nostrils, head

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I've been getting pimples since 2months over face, around nostrils and in hair. I had Vitiligo which is recovered now and currently i am taking following medications: Tab.Meloset 3MG, Tab Zinfate and Targeted photo therapy
