Anything happening to the baby makes us worried.no doubt in that.
But there is this condition called infantile acne wherein even infants or children can develop acne that I'd pimples on there face because of hormonal effects. There is nothing to worry about it.
I would suggest you to show her once to a dermatologist so that after a thorough examination diagnosis can be confirmed.
