Pimples and spotsmpn face

I have pimples and spots left over by previous Pimples on my face.. Moreover, they r growing day by day.. There is a parlor offering pimple removal instantly using some laser machine.. Should i go for it?? Are there any side effects? Will i really get away with these spots and pimples as the shopkeeper is claiming..
