I am having a few pimples and also marks from previous pimples. My friend recommended me advan gel and opexa gel as she got benefits from using these creams. Should I try?

Advan cream is only for pigmentation not for pimples. Opexa gel is onlu for scars. With this piece of information you can decide upon which one will be useful for you. A proper medication for pimples goes in a long way for preventing pigmentation or scars.
