Please suggest me to get rid of pimples with puss and black spots i have used clyndamycin gel but it was not worked for me

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You need to consult a dermatologist for treatment of your acne. Clindamycin is a temporary treatment for the same and will not work on pus filled acne or marks. Use a salicylic acid based face wash in the meanwhile
