Pimple on penis.
Have a small pimple underneath the penis glan exactly left side to the frenulum, Single tiny yellow spot dot .. no pain no itching nothing and it's been there for a years I guess and I remember it went away once when I washed it and it came back again I guess , never had sex in my life. What is it ? I think it's a Tyson gland ..Do they require treatment?
