The pimple and burning sensation on your back may be related to a localized skin condition such as folliculitis or an allergic reaction, rather than HIV. Since your HIV test conducted at 84 days post-exposure is negative and conclusive (as per most modern testing standards), the symptoms are unlikely to be related to HIV.
Next Steps
To address your skin condition and receive the most accurate diagnosis and treatment plan, I strongly recommend booking an online consultation with me. This will allow a detailed evaluation of your symptoms and medical history, ensuring the correct management.
Health Tips
- Keep the affected area clean and dry.  - Avoid scratching or applying harsh products without professional advice.  - Use a mild antibacterial soap until consultation
