Pimple and dark circles

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have clogged pores and small pimples and scars on my face as you can see in the picture, i also have dark circles,probably my skin is in the worst condition, I've been using livalite lotion , sun heal spf50, cream aziderm and clindoxyl. After using all these products my problem did not get completely solved, can you please tell me where im lacking to take care of my skin or what should i do I'm order to keep my skin clean and clear ,I've been to a dermatologist and he has prescribed me those medicines but this problem is not solving.
