Hi doctor. I am 25 years old female having pimple and acne in my face. It is spreading from cheeks to forehead. It laters form redness and settled as dark spot throught the face. I am suffering from this issue every month. I want to clear my face all time. My skin type is dry skin. I am not having habit of using any beauty care products. Using only soap to wash my wash twice a day. Suggest any skin care products for regular usage to avoid and prevent this.

Hello dear. Don't use a soap to wash your face. It will dry up the skin. Kindly consult online and share clear images of your acne for precise treatment
