Piles problem
I have piles since 2 years. I am using medicines but no result. If I eat anything it would not digest when I pass potty bleeding will be seen some time. Is it compulsory to have surgery for piles. Please suggest me

I can understand your concern.
If you have used a lot of medicines and it's till not helping, then the only option left for you is surgical management.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
