You have to consult offline to your nearest dr who can examine you properly. Don't ask online suggestions and treatment.  Go get check up done. It can be simple piles to cancer anything can be there. Dr can't help you without examination

Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid spicy and oily food.. Avoid drinking and smoking.. Use air tube to sit.. Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects
