Piles/Anal fissure
I had hard stool once, after that day I got blood at the end of the stool. I went to doctor he gave medicine to loose stools and ointment to apply. I am confused it is anal fissure or piles? I have attached pic can you please confirm and help me...I am worried.

Ur symptoms suggest anal fissure.
Do sitz bath thrice a day ( sitting in Luke warm water for 15-20 mins)
Eat high fibre diet nd drink plenty of water
Apply lox jelly 2% before nd aftr passing stool
Avoid hard stools, take stool softer
