I have pigmentation on face, and also dark circles under eyes.. what will be the treatment procedure and what will it cost me over all?

There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions.
