Pigmentation
I have dark underarms since long time. I have tried some home remedies in the past which didn't result anything. I would like to get some permanent solution to get rid of this problem.
Please help me out with this.

First of all the cause of pigment has to be ruled out !! If we do not rule out the underlying cause then the treatment won’t be of any help !!! Major cause is acanthosis nigricans and for more details and treatment a consult is suggested!
