Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Get ruled out any serious issues the pblm with musculoskeletal system is they donot feel like posing direct threat to life but indeed they are causing massive damage to other systems too either directly or indirectly by prolonged medication.... So if every thing is within limit get it corrrected by physiotherapy....
