Pexep CR dose increase
My psychiatrist has increased dosage from 12.5 to 24 mg per day. It's making me uneasy. I'm slightly hyper and restless. My head feels cold and heart rate is below 60. Is this fine or am I just panicking and I should continue with the increased dose.

Such symptoms may occur for initial few days after dose increase, these should go away in 5-10 days. You can wait and see if it doesn't go or increases then consult your treating psychiatrist again and discuss about alternate options. All the best
