  4. Petechiae worsening. Within one day?

Petechiae worsening
I have had worsening petechiae for the past week. I had bloodwork done at my PCP yesterday (Fri) and today (sat March 10). Platelets Friday we're at 258. Today they are at 241. Is this a normal drop within one day? The doctor doesn't know what is causing it.
