Persistent tongue ulcer
Having ulcer under the tongue since last 2 months. Tried anti fungal treatment first, then tried steroid mouth creme suggested by dentist. There is no teeth related trauma or injury as I got it checked from a dentist. Also taking Vit B supplements. What should be the next course of action? Ulcer is painful . Kindly suggest.
