I delivered a baby girl through c-section 5 months ago... it got my 1st period 3 days ago but bleeding is very heavy with clots...I had pain and cramps 2 days...today it's not paining but bleeding is not reduced...what to do? I need  multiple pads in one day. Plz help...I m a breastfeeding mother and also didn't had sex from last 1 year then why so?

Visit to nearby gynaecologist doctor  who will be able to attend you..he/she can help you accordingly by giving you proper advice and treatment regarding your issues...Do your pelvic  sonography
