I am 30 years old. I had my baby by C-section in 2024. After that my periods were regular. This time my periods came a little early than the regular date, then they lasted for six days, normally my cycle is of 3 days and again after 9 days I got my periods with heavy flow.. what could be the reason for this, something to worry about
