Sir my frnd used to get periods once for two months or mostly once in a 45 days. Can you explain what is the problem with her exactly. She always complains that she don't have energy as a reason for that, is it right.

hello prolonged or irregular periods may be due to anovulatory cycles hormonal imbalance or pcod etc... she may be anemic dats the reason for weakness kindly consult gynaecologist.
