Since your periods were regular before January, this may be a temporary disruption caused by stress, weight changes, or a new hormonal shift.Vaginal dryness can sometimes occur due to low estrogen levels, which is common when follicles are not maturing properly.
Next Steps
Focus on a balanced diet and regular exercise, which are critical for managing immature follicles naturally since your periods were due on 20th March i would suggest waiting for up to 10 days to see if they start naturally before taking further medication.
Health Tips
the nipple soreness, missed period, and white discharge are also common early signs of pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test if you haven't already to confirm your status.

Based on the history and USG findings of multiple immature follicles, this clinical picture is highly suggestive of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) or a similar chronic anovulatory state. The delay in your periods is likely due to these follicles failing to mature and release an egg, which prevents the natural rise and fall of hormones required for a cycle. The "dryness" and "white discharge" you are experiencing are common when there is a hormonal imbalance or anovulation, as the vaginal environment changes throughout the month based on your estrogen and progesterone levels. Suggested Next Steps: Hormonal Evaluation: While you mentioned some blood tests were normal, it is important to check your LH/FSH ratio, Serum Prolactin, and TSH specifically on Day 2 or 3 of your next period (if we can induce one). Androgen Profile: I would also recommend testing Total Testosterone and DHEAS to check for any biochemical signs of hormone excess that could be stalling your follicle development. Lifestyle Management: If there have been recent changes in weight or high stress levels, addressing these can often help restore spontaneous ovulation. Medication Review: Since the previous courses of Crina-NCR and Meprate only provided a temporary fix, we may need to look into Combined Oral Contraceptive Pills (COCPs) to regulate your cycle more effectively or Metformin if insulin resistance is suspected. Note on Supplements: I suggest pausing the herbal drink for now. These products are not standardized and can sometimes interfere with your clinical hormonal profile or the medications that may be prescribed by your doctor.

Hi. There is nothing to worry about. It's leucorrhoea. If no itching, no smell, then no medication as such. For periods, it's just hormonal imbalance. Go for hormone blood tests , since multiple follicles. If deranged grossly, need therapy accordingly.

Need a gynecologist consultation for proper management Might be Polycystic Ovary Syndrome can cause hormonal imbalance based on the report (dryness + irregular periods) If White discharge has no smell/itch then it's  normal (physiological) Regarding Dryness: which is Due to low estrogen / cycle disturbance → temporary
