Regarding pregnancy and periods

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi My periods were delayed so on doctor's advice took meprate and got my periods on 20th of feb this year,had withdrawal bleeding as well on 6th March And I see there is a delay in this month as well... I am using medicines for regularising my periods. Do I need to use meprate for this month as well to induce periods as other medicines might take sometime... Is there any chance of getting pregnant?
