Periods issue
It's been two months I did not get periods . Is this because I am over weight I am not foodie as well is there any possibility.to.reduce weight because I am not getting periods I am stressed .I even have done pregnancy test twice which is negative , I have this delay of periods issue since I am matured from last two I got my periods in time but now again it the same been two.months can u please suggest me

Start ocp(oral contraceptives pill) which has estrogen and progestrone both 7 days before your period date Continue ocp for 7 days it will normalise ghe period
