Hi, I am 30 yr old and married since 2 yrs, My last period was on march 26 and its been almost 40 days and i didnt get my periods, but from today morning i am having spotting , i am not sure whether it is spotting or something else, condition is, dark red clots and no bleeding it is nt wetting my panty" i dont know y its like tis , no stomach cramps, no periods symptoms which i regulary have... Only clots are getting diacharged with very lil bleding of dark red color.. Please explain what it is.. Thank u in advance
