Periods after delivery

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi ...I m simran.. I had my delivery in Feb and I got d periods in April...why this happened Is it due to lactation ... How much gap shud b there after csec ...for having personal relation.

Nothing particular some people get back their cycles very soon so it’s not conserved with ur lactation and avoid intercourse for 3 months at least
