Hello Doctor, my baby is 51 days old. Normal delivery. My second Periods started today. Will that affect the breast milk supply? Already I have low lactation. I'm taking lactare tablets for the past 2 days. Pls advise

Feed the baby every 2 hours and on demand. Ensure there is proper latching . Feeding the baby appropriately itself will boost the milk supply. Have a well balanced diet. Pumping of breast milk will also boost the production.
