Period like cramps 7 week of pregnancy
Hi am in 7th week of pregnancy and my first scan is done got a fetal heart beat and am on HCG and Progesterone support.,but am feeling period like cramps on and off all the time. Can you please help me to know the issue is this leads to abortion?

Little cramp is a normal pressure symptom of pregnancy
as the baby grows the uterus stretches and that stretch is perceived as pain
