Perfectionism is a tough thing to cope with since it all boils down to seeking or receiving approval from an authoritarian (parents/grandparents/peers etc.) figure; and then ensuring everyone is happy in the process, and then eventually YOU! How do we work on it? By working on your childhood memories. Who’s going to work on it - hypnotherapist/counsellor.
