I called crisis helpline multiple times ...... I cant afford therapy , my parents are against it , I'm myself scared of going to therapy because my fears will just be officially confirmed

Start making Journals on a regular basis,as how you feel,trigger points,how you cope up.
All the points that you have stated may be arising from each other and not be separate points as such. Going for therapy would not validate your fears instead will help in realising that a few are irrational and unnecessary.
