Penis Head attached to Foreskin.
I am 17, My foreskin is attached to the head of my penis and i want it removed. It causes pain when having intercourse and I dont feel confident due to this.

Such attachment of head of penis on underside is normal. It's called as frenulum.
If you still want to remove it you can go to general surgeon or Urologist for FRENULECTOMY OR CIRCUMCISION.
