Foreskin problem
Hi Doctor, i am facing some issue in my penis foreskin. I tried to explained the issue in uploaded video link as it is not possible to explain this through photos. Also i cannot get it checked live by connecting you as i live in a boys hostel sharing room with 2 other boys also. Don't want them to know my issue and laugh on it. So i made this video when i was alone in the room. Please watch all 3 videos and let me know your spot diagnosis. I am ready to connect through chat or audio call only if you have any solution for it. Please copy this link to the Google. https://wormhole.app/YA4OaY#kcaajHinrUxe6PB9yGzVcA

Namastey I understand your concern and the privacy issue you are facing. However, I’m unable to open external links or watch videos shared through third-party platforms. Still, many foreskin-related conditions—such as Phimosis, mild swelling, irritation, frenulum tightness, or inflammation—can often be understood through a careful description of symptoms. Please know that these issues are very common in men, and there is absolutely no reason to feel embarrassed or fear being judged. If you are unable to do a live consultation due to privacy concerns, you can still seek help through chat or audio consultation while maintaining confidentiality. Try to describe: Whether the foreskin retracts fully or partially Any pain during erection or intercourse Presence of swelling, redness, cracks, tight ring, or discharge Whether the foreskin gets stuck behind the glans Any difficulty in urination or hygiene This information is usually enough to guide the next step safely in many cases.
Next Steps
Do not panic or keep repeatedly checking the area, as that can worsen irritation. Maintain gentle hygiene and avoid forceful retraction of the foreskin. Since you are more comfortable with privacy, a confidential chat or audio-based discussion would be appropriate for detailed assessment and guidance. You are encouraged to connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5, where we can guide you professionally and discreetly without requiring uncomfortable exposure or public discussion of your concern.
Health Tips
Remember that genital concerns are medical issues like any other health condition—they are common and treatable. Avoid comparing yourself with others or feeling ashamed. Wear loose, breathable undergarments and maintain proper hygiene without over-cleaning. Early guidance and calm handling usually prevent minor foreskin problems from becoming more troublesome later. Thank you
