Penis foreskin pullback and tight
My penis foreskin is very tight while pull back and I can't able to see the forehead and sometimes itchy..No third party contact and while having sex with my wife there is a  pain and discomfort.This problem persists for last 10days.Is it urinal infection or any other issues? Pls suggest some medicine or creams.Wht would be the reason.Iam facing this issue first time.
