Iam suffering penile nerve pain/pressure on right side of penile shaft for last 2 months &1 month back during erection I got pain&used pain relief tablets but not cured Symptoms 1.lower back pain..2.feeling like something bad at right side penile tip.3...some times heat during urination...4..feel like nerves tigling sometime I googled and I fear about pundendal nurelgia😔😔..can anyone describe what is my problem and who is specialist to treat this condition ..
