Pain in Penile Ginitals
From past one month I have Pain in my Penile , burning sensation , pain , when done ultraSound initially there were minor stones in both Kidneys approx 2-3 Mm , now I have but in second Ultrasound it did not appear , my all tests Blood,  KFT, prostate, blood sugar, are normal including Urine Culture, only B12 is 113 and D6 is also deficient, I notice when I pass gas I feel pain has gone a little from the penis. I am not sure what is happening and the issue.
