“Penile discharge with mild redness”
I am a 26-year-old male. Since the last few days I am having mild clear/white penile discharge, mostly in the morning. The discharge has a mild smell, is non-sticky, and no pus. I have mild redness at the tip and occasional itching. There is no burning while urinating, no pain inside the penis, no swelling, and no fever. I always use protection. This started after using Tacrolimus ointment internally by mistake. I want to know if this is fungal/bacterial irritation and what treatment or tests (urine test / swab test) are needed. Please guide with correct medicines.
