I have been Diagnosed with Pelvis Floor Dyssynergia Type 1 in Anorectal Manometry, Also Got CT Enterology with Normal Study Observation. Gastroenterologist Doctor has Advised Stool Softener for Satisfactory Defecation but it's not helping at all. I am having 4-5 bowel movements a day with only 2 meals a day of smaller Quantity. I make sure that I eat fiber rich diet & not fall short of water intake, still things are not getting better. I am unable to go out at my job due to this. I have been going for Pelvis Floor Therapy but practicing in therapy room and defecating with the same approach at home is completely opposite. In short I am not getting better response. Also I have noticed that occasionally I get lower back pain 1-2 in a month only for 4-5 minutes. When it starts, it reaches at its peak & then goes down & Disappear. So could this has any relation to Dyssynergia. As I have Co-ordination Issue in my Intestine, does this lower back pain also contribute there. Please Suggest Help

Unlikely that is related.
However, weakness of the paraspinal muscles due to lack of exercise maybe the reason. Start spinal extension exercises and strengthening exercises for your back if the pain persists please meet with an Orthopaedic doctor
