Back Pain radiating-pelvis-thighs-foot
Difficulty/pain in standing, sitting and walking due to back pain radiating from left back to hips to thighs to see of foot. Clean Ultrasound having minor stone in left kidney but X ray of Lumbar shows lumbar spine straighten due to muscles spam and early degenerative change in Lumbar spine. Further mild reduction IV disc space at L4/LS level. Please advise further treatment/test.

Hi, Is it also accompanied by numbness in your legs? This might be due to compression of nerve in your back However, MRI will be required before management can be suggested to you. You can consult directly so further work-up can be done.
