Regular Exercise...good diet low on calories and carbohydrates...and plz seek gynecologist advice for spotting... because it's not normal for spotting to start suddenly while exercising....you can call me.

Think u need to consult directly a dietician. Prepare a diet chart and make schedule of exercise. The combination of both is imp for u to loose weight.
