For diabetes you are advise to take Madhu nashni vati one tab bd with water Before meal. Chaturbhuj been churns  1/2 tsf twice daily. Ashokarishta 30 ml BD after meal with equal fresh water . M2 tone syrup 20 ml BD after meal with equal fresh water daily.
Next Steps
advised yoga , kapal bharti, bhsrika .. 30 minits twice daily.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, U can take Chaturbeej Churna 1 tsf bid before meals with water,M 2 Tone syp 2 tsf bid after meals, Avoid anxiety Stress sour curd Kadi cold drinks etc, Take walnuts pistachio almonds Draksha anjeer Sprouted seeds Cow's milk and it's products honey, coconut water pomegranate juice watermelon seasonal fruits and vegetables etc,Do Suryanamaskar kapalbhanti Bhastrika Bhramari Udgeeth pranayam,All the best God help you
