1. Suvarna vasant malini ras 1 tab once a day with honey
2. Vasa ghan vati 2 tabs twice a day
3. Bharangyadi ghan 2 tabs twice a day
4. Vyosadi vati 2 tabs twice a day.
Avoid Curd and Butter milk, Avoid day sleep and also take Turmeric with Milk once a day.
