I am suffering from nightfall (swapnadosh) and have been taking Virya Shodhan Vati for the past 5 months, but unfortunately I have not noticed any improvement.
Kindly advise if there is a permanent treatment for this condition. I would also appreciate it if you could suggest the best Ayurvedic medicine along with the proper dosage and duration of treatment.
